Shipping policy
All orders shipped from Mon-Sat and delivery time is 5 to 7 working days. If you urgently need a product, let us know on our Instagram and we may be able to arrange it for you, depending on where you are located and what you need.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return but for that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
Once we get the returned product, we'll examine it and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
If the product you have received was damaged/broken during shipping due to the negligence of the courier service, kindly let us know on our Instagram DMs (@tregocanada) or send us an email with your order number and pictures of the received product to tregocanada@gmail.com and we would be more than happy to send a replacement.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse. Once you place your order, it will be shipped from our premises within 1 business day. To know the information about your order and request for cancellation, kindly let us know on our Instagram DMs. Our customer service agent will get back to you and see if it is possible. If the order has been shipped from our end, no cancellations can be entertained.
