Kojic acid serum

Last time I received kojic acid serum it was good. This time I received the kojic acid serum its consistency is so thick like cream and it smells like your mosturizer. I think you guys forgot to put kojic acid this time

Ma'am it's thick and milky, we changed it's texture a little to make it more better. And it has 2% kojic acid. Please use it either to have doubt.
Thick serums have to use in different way. Press the pump then take the tube inside the bottle, release the pump then. Take the tube out from the bottle, you will see serum will be in the tube. That's how you should use.
